The application process takes approximately 3 hours from start to finish. The following steps are taken to be sure that our customers receive the best application in the business.

1st: Your truck will be pulled into our shop where the tailgate will be removed.
2nd: The lines for where you want the liner to be applied will be laid
3rd: Your entire truck will be “papered” off so that there will be no over spray
4th: Your truck be will be sanded for adhesion of the product
5th: The truck will be pulled into the spray booth for the application of Tuff Skin
6th: Your truck will be pulled out, the paper removed and tailgate will be re-installed
